I have been a loyal customer to GN for a while and have supported the website through many purchases. Today I saw a promotion on their website saying any purchase over $400 will be given 2 bowls of bird's nest free. when I added the extra 2 bowls onto my cart, the $ amount of those 2 bowls were never deducted from my total purchase. I tried contacting customer service, but no one replied back to help me. I'm very disappointed right now. Apparently, I ended up taking off those 2 bird's nest bowls off of my cart and checked out because I should not have to pay for them based on the promotions stated on the main website! Please do what you advertise, or you're going to end up loosing customer's trust.
